Stainless Steel 430Ti Pipes are ferritic stainless steel pipes with 16–18% chromium alloying and titanium stabilization to prevent welding-induced carbide precipitation. Addition of titanium adds resistance to intergranular corrosion and increased mechanical stability under heat. The pipes commonly have a tensile strength of 450–600 MPa and a yield strength of approximately 200–250 MPa. Their mechanical attributes are good formability, moderate strength, and high stress corrosion cracking resistance in mild environments. They exhibit good performance under oxidizing conditions and are especially valuable for use when good structural integrity at high temperatures is necessary.

Stainless Steel 430Ti Pipes have extensive application in automotive exhaust systems, heat exchangers, kitchen equipment, and flue gas systems because of their high oxidation resistance and intergranular corrosion resistance.
